When Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) wakes up in an Italian hospital with amnesia, he teams up with Dr. Sienna Brooks (Felicity Jones), and together they must race across Europe against the clock to foil a deadly global plot, based on Dante Alighieri Inferno poem in which Hell is depicted as nine circles of suffering located within the Earth and apparently the author is using the Dante's Death Mask in the plot.
This is the Dante's Death Mask stolen from the Museo Di Palazzo in wich the movie plot turns around. Behind the mask, a cryptic text is written, as in it there's a clue to decode the place where the virus is hidden.
The hand written poem in the back does screen match, along with other unique details. All the masks used in the filming were hand finished and no two masks were identical.
