This is the refrigerating briefcase used in Transporter 2 starring Jason Statham. The case is made of hard plastic and aluminium with foam inserts. It is the briefcase the terrorists used to keep the bio-chemical virus at a climate controlled temperature. This exact briefcase can be seen at the very beginning of the movie, while the rest of the movie features similar briefcases that hold the antidote vial, car locator, etc.
It features a non-working security card swipe/reader at the top with non-functioning LED lights. However, from the inside there are two holes that lead to one click button and a regulator knob, plus wiring that can be seen going from the leds to the inside case, which leads to think there was some light action planned to be carried on by electronics inside.
There are two working wing catches which keep the briefcase locked and a non functional CO2 canister built into the case on the inside (we can notice FX smoke when they open the case for the first time, to give it the impression the contents are really cold). It also has a built in bracket to hold one of the vials that holds the virus. Remmants of glue can be spotted where the syringes were placed, in order to keep them secured to the case.
It has been screenmatched thanks to scratch patterns on the card reader used by the terrorist to simulate the opening of the case.
