The prop made ‘paintbrush’ used in the Robert Zemeckis film Cast Away. This brush, made of drift wood and coconut husk, can be seen when Chuck Noland (Tom Hanks) is laying on his home made boat waiting for the wind to turn and allow him to sail away, he paints the inside of the corrugated iron roof.
