This is an original City of New York Police Department badge from the opening New York scene in the film when Dolly hands out her cards to people in the street. There are various police officers throughout the film including the opening sequence and also the "It Only Takes A Moment" park scene later used in Wall-E.

Now it is on blu ray you can see that each officer has his own badge and hat with matching numbers. The officer in the park (Disney voice actor J. Pat O'Malley) is 371, the officer outside the Milliners is 370.

This is badge 410 belongs to the officer in the opening scenes whom Dolly gives her business card to while he is directing traffic.
