A Game Board used in TV-Series “How I Met Your Mother” in the season seven episode 7 titled: “Noretta”. In the episode Marshall (Jason Segel) accidentally insults Lily (Alyson Hannigan) when she admits to feeling unattractive as her body begins to swell from pregnancy. To show her how beautiful she is, Marshall makes up this board game. However, the plan backfires when Lily recalls Kevin's words about how it is natural to like someone who resembles one's parents; Lily remembers that her father also loved to create absurd board games.
This item was created by the prop department for use in production. This prop is simply the classic board game “RISK” handpainted by the back with chalk , contains post -it and pieces scotch tape which match on screen. It is the only game board created by the prop department for this scene.
