This is a fake German stamp created for the production of the historical drama Valkyrie. Items such as this were created for use throughout the film as Col. Von Stauffenberg and his fellow officers attempt to assassinate Hitler. The stamp is copied on off-white paper giving it a slightly aged appearance. The stamp design features Hitler’s profile with a forest green background which reads “42, Grossdeutches Reich.” The stamp measures approximately 1” x 1” (2.5cm x 2.5cm) and is in good condition.
