This is THE (and only) film tin used to carry daily A L I E N rushes from Rank Film Laboratories at Denham to the theatre in Elstree where these rushes used to be watched by Ridley Scott and other key members of the A L I E N production team.
The film tin is in good production used condition and has (alas) been emptied of its content a long time ago...
It was acquired directly from an A L I E N production vet who was, among other things, in charge of bringing the aforementioned daily rushes to Ridley Scott.
