This is the set of medical tools in a black plastic pouch that Zeke (Josh Hartnett) uses in the autopsy scene and a key prop to understand how the invading specie interacts with its host.

Not all the tools are seen on screen but I had great fun screenmatching a few of them plus positioning them on the same setup the screen seen ones were.
