The surviving original head appliance for the alien 'Mentor' 'Sil', played wonderfully by Nabil Shaban. This great piece comes from the dark and controversial 1985 story 'Vengeance on Varos'. This was the only head used in production and can be clearly seen throughout the story.

It's condition is fair- where the mask edges were glued to Shaban's face the rubber has perished (as has the frill around the neck). The majority of the prop however remains in excellent condition. To be on the safe side I have sealed the prop from the air with a thin coat of resin followed by a matt protective spray.
