This looks to be a production made leather belt pouch or holster but I cannot find it in the final movie. It is very well made with the Elysium logo embossed on the front and some wear from production use. There are 3 sections inside and the whole pouch tapers to a point at the bottom. It is quite large and measures roughly 7 inches square.
