Production-used World War 2 era “Hand Grenade” prop lot from the 2002 MGM film "Windtalkers”. In this epic drama, gung-ho Marine Joe Enders (Nicholas Cage) is assigned to protect a "windtalker," Private Ben Yahzee (Adam Beach), one of several Navajo Indians used to relay messages during World War II because their spoken language was indecipherable to Japanese code breakers.

Acquired from MGM Studio archives, lot includes: (2) Resin body with metal handle and clip hand grenades (prop replica non-operational), items studio / production-made for each unique character in this epic war story. Items exhibit some signs of production-use & studio-distress.
