Ash (ian Holm) jumpsuit costume
 

This is Ash costume from ALien.
He wears it in a couple of scenes in the movie.
Very similar to Ripley,s , the differences are the shoulder patches, here dark blue background, while Ripley has the light blue. And Ash jumpsuit has laces in the arms (glued componentes from other suit) , while ripley´s doesnt.

It originally came with one shoulder patch and wing patch only, and very strong smell, humidity smell. Some people here gave me ideas to remove it.

Thanks to Fred Blanchard, I have this costume complete, as it happens he had the missing patch. Not whatever other original patch, no, the missing patch.

The fabric is very particular, as reacts different to light. Depending the light in the room, the suit looks lighter or darker.

The shoes are of course replicas, just for the display.
