Hero Sonic Pistol Display
 

A hero Sonic Pistol used in the sci-fi crime drama Minority Report. These pistols can be seen in the holsters of the Pre-Crime Unit and held when they search the block of flats half way through the film where Anderton (Tom Cruise) has had his eye transplant.

This metal hero version would have been use for close up shots when the pistols are out of the holster.

Made of a mix of metal, resin and plastic components, the pistol is finished in a mix of grey shades and a red grip. Paint has been specially applied to the muzzle to give the effect of heat warping and discolouration from previous firing of the weapon. The prop gun has been custom framed in a laser cut display with the film’s title and two movie stills showing the pistol used in the film.

The display measures 47cm x 59cm (18.5" x 23"), with the pistol in a very good, production-used condition.
