Hero Ronon Dex Metal Blaster
 

A Hero Ronon Dex (Jason Momoa) Blaster featured in the long running television series Stargate: Atlantis. Ronon is a fearless Satedan warrior who joined the main cast in season 2. This is one of two full metal hero versions of this iconic blaster to be used in the series, the other owned by actor Jason Momoa.

This piece was featured for close up shots, as well as shots that required the LED lights to be seen on screen. This rare item is full metal, unlike the others seen on screen that were made of a hard, dense rubber.

This piece is made from two halves of machines aluminum, that are held together via small hex screws and feature a ionized blue color scheme. The handle section of this item is black rubber and has been wrapped in a tan rope to simulate Wraith hair. This piece features a machined aluminum cylinder that is on a swivel, and moves from the center of the gun that houses a small gold metal cartridge. The cartridge lights up a dark orange color to simulate futuristic ammunition.

There are three small LED's on the left side of the firearm that are activated by a slide switch on the side, they illuminate form red to green to yellow. This piece measures 15" x 8" (38cm x 20cm) and is in good screen used condition. Included is a extra metal light up cartridge and a small metal interlocking key to open up the cartridges to change the batteries.
