Puppet Master Tunneler hero rod puppet
 

This is the Tunneler rod puppet used throughout the movie of Puppet Master X: Axis Rising. It was created and used by Tom Devlin and his team at 1313 FX, which did the puppets and make up for the film. The puppet came with a LOA from Tom Devlin. He is approximately 21 1/2" tall. To the best of my knowledge, only 2 Tunneler puppets were created for the film. This one can be screen-matched to the entrance of the film when Tunneler leaps out of a bag and drills a Nazi soldier in his forehead.


Screen-used Tunneler puppets are very rare, and the only other one that I know of is at the Myrtle Beach Planet Hollywood restaurant. Very blessed to have gotten this in my collection!
