Shock Hazard Warning Decal
 

This particular kind of decal is seen in 2 places in the film, both in Vickers' pod. The most visible is outside the med pod room to the left of the doors and appears multiple times but most notably during the fight between the Trilobyte and Engineer. The second is inside of the compartment where Shaw finds the axe.

This particular sticker still has residue of dark grey paint on the back and may be the one from outside the med pod room. It is possible the same sticker was used for both scenes and simply moved.
