This is a screen used prosthetic appliance worn by Trent Haaga in the wonderfully absurd B-movie, KillJoy 3. This franchise is a series of films about a demonic clown summoned by individuals who seek revenge on their enemies. Everything goes wrong and he of course being a demon, and a clown cannot be trusted. These films are made by Full Moon Features created and owned by Charles Band.
